Here we talk about every safety measure we can possibly think of, whether you're trading or holding.

>never give your private key to anyone, never paste it into a shady page, never click scam emails
>don't let your tokens sit in EtherDelta, it gets hacked often
>always make sure you're typing in the right fields when you buy something on EtherDelta
>store paper wallets and hard drives in waterproof, locked boxes or something so you down get rekt by a flood like that one anon did
>don't buy Bazingacoin it's a scam

Should I delete my browser cache after I log out of an exchange?
Should I store my private keys in a text file?
Should I just make a paper wallet and forget about buying Ledger Nano S?

Yes but encrypt that. Recovery seeds too.

>Should I just make a paper wallet and forget about buying Ledger Nano S?

I never trusted hardware wallets. I just make a custom linux build (airgapped) to store wallet secrets in an encrypted LUKS and the files are also encrypted itself. Just make a ton of deposit addresses for the wallet.

Just write down the private key and hide it... Why the fuck is it on your computer at all in any file format.

I didn't lose money but I'm worried about the coming correction. I need to be able to move my NEP5 token so I can sell them fast when the correction comes.

How to avoid pajeets:
>the more forceful someone is to get you to buy a coin, the more likely it's a scam
>any post with a discord link is a scam group
>if a coin has custom memes and a group of people excitedly discussing the tech, it's a legit project; if it's just people spamming shit and saying it will 10x, it's a pajeet scam
>ignore any Indian looking names in the exchange trollbox
>pay attention to FUD, if someone points out a very obvious wrong thing about the project that can be confirmed with your own research, don't put money in it

Because papers go missing

Storing an encrypted file on cold storage is safer than paper.

No not really if you are a responsible adult or keep it in a safe. Have fun when your shitty usb wallet stops working.
