Man when SUB was raising ICO funds Shift already had a working decentralized internet prototype. Also substratum will hardly take off because clients (people who want to visit a site) have to download some kind of application in order to visit a site hosted with substratum. Tell me, who the fuck is willing to host a site that can't be visited by 99% of people? Shift on the other side already has decentralized websites compatible with normal browsers
