if u want to buy a house i would say yes there will be contrarians telling you to buy some cheap property in japan or italian countryside but that is, actually, far less realistic than buying a cheap small-mid size american town. btw this is changing rapidly, even 2bd1ba houses with plastic siding are $250k 1hr outside the city, when they were selling for half that in 2018-20. if anything, what the globohomo wef blackrock cartel is doing to housing prices and with what intent, is far underestimated - ie, we don't hate our enemies nearly enough since they are trying to reduce us to impotent, infertile, homeless paupers with less free time than medieval serfs and they think it is funny

I was offered a greencard and turned it down. I would never want to live her permanently. And I would never want to raise a family here. No offense America has done a lot for me and given me great opportunities. But I see my future in Europe, the lifestyle is just much better.
