I understand but that's not even diminishing returns. Diminishing returns would be to top out around the 80s.
I think the mistake nearly everyone is making this cycle is that they are continuing from the previous cycle instead of treating this as the beginning of a series of cycles or maybe even a final blow off top before a long period of consolidation. Gold did a 6x since the ETF launch that puts BTC at around $300k but Bitcoin is much much much better than gold and the supply is inelastic and there's a lot more money that can flow into it. so $500k is actually reasonable.

Alts will underperform because ETH will not be approved. They are being sued and ETH and staking will be treated like a security and so will the vast majority of current crypto projects. Doesn't mean some won't moon but we will finally decouple bitcoin from the rest of the garbage like stable coins and VC coins.

Trust me on this. It's orange coin. Everything else is just a different play, even though, right now it looks like its all the same because how they are listed on exchanges and websites.

>ats will under-perform
hasn't been the case so far whatsoever. No one gives a shit about ETH and maybe that's intentional since Larry Fink is looking to get into it.

alts have underperformed. You might've picked some winners but that doesn't mean alts outperformed BTC.

pic is BTC dominance. Also if you risk adjust your gains in alts they have MASSIVELY UNDERPERFORMED.

>>58191367
BTC has outperformed Total3 so far but I think that's more indicative of alts starting to cook versus alts being dead. There's also like 25 losers for every 1 winner in alts so it's not the most fair or accurate comparison. If we looked at like alt coin top 50 or 100 w/ a mktcap of at least 100m vs BTC it would probably be a much different story

nvdia did a 7x since november too you can pick and choose whatever asset you want but by far the easiest pick and best risk adjusted was simply bitcoin and if you really needed to get exposure to alts then risk adjusted ETH captures the majority of the premium in that market with the least risk.

Just because you got lucky a few times doesn't mean long term it's sound. but let me guess your plan is to sell the top, cash out and retire right?

Last stock to flow I checked placed it at a minimum of $450k. But I've seen more wild stock to flow charts than that, that puts it at $1.2MM minimum. But I consider $450k a bare minimum. With ETF inflows, think we're gonna shoot at $1MM before this rally gives up the ghost

okay realize that the day you sell your coins for USD you are also shorting BTC against USD.

Let me know how that goes. Hint: It has not gone well for most people who have done this since the beginning of BTC. Also make sure you include your taxes in your calculations.

The day you sell your coins for USD you're effectively shorting BTC. I hope your timing is good because most people who have shorted BTC have not done well. You're holding assets that have outperformed BTC at the moment but you are also saying you plan to sell them. Why? For what?

The thing about BTC is that you don't really have to sell. It's a quality asset. You use it to BUY things with because BTC is money. You don't think of "selling" your dollars when you buy stuff with it because it is the money asset in the minds of most people. Well BTC is my money and it will be a lot of people's money and that's why it's appreciating in value because it's being monetized by the free market in real time. If you mined bitcoin the day after satoshi released the white paper even the few cents of electricity you spent to mine bitcoin were a financial risk you incurred to get basically numbers on a screen. But boy it paid off. Right now we're still taking risk by buying BTC at 70k before it fully monetizes. The end destination if for BTC to become the denominator for all assets.
It only makes sense that everything will be /BTC in order to asses its true and actual value.
