investing is unironically safe which is why they don't teach it in school because it will make you a bunch of money without needing to work for it
also investing = buying in a bear market
buying in a bull market = degenerate gambling

IDK, I assume trading has got to work for some people, somewhere, some of the time.
I know it's not my thing, and I'm happy being an incredibly boring investor who gets asked "well, at least you're selling before crypto winters and buying back when the end, right?" with incredulity.
No, no I don't. I don't trust myself to time things right, and I don't need that excitement in my life. I just hold. It's fine.
