I don’t go to doctors period but I have massively suicidal phases, just never high moments so I’m guessing it’s a regular good old depression mixed with social anxiety shit or whatever but honestly who cares. Try not to get fired but if that happens there are always more options. 2 weeks ago one of my co workers beat his ex wife so hard that she ended up in hospital and the police picked him up in the fucking office. You wouldn’t have guessed it by interacting with him, seemed nice and chill. Try to remember that ultimately nothing matters
