Wouldn't help. I already have a bank account in the country I'm staying at. But the US government monitors bank accounts of US citizens (even if they live abroad and use a foreign bank account). I've bought using KYC, but that's not an issue. I can easily convert to XMR. But how to cash out that XMR safely?? Localmonero has a lot of options, but they don't really seem realistic.
