i am surprised at how much that counter swings over the cycle
this was the first time i watched it regularly and it had a 6 month swing for most of the past 3 years on it
even now this close to the date it still swings by about a month
odd that we cant get a proper counter after all this time

It's because China bans bitcoin and mining once or twice a week. Hard to set halving counter. Shoot I think they just got banned again
