Almost nothing has changed from 2021, US has always been against Binance and Binance US was avoided like the plague because of KYC obligations. With CZ gone and the lawsuit settled Binance is looking hella strong as an exchange since it pretty much passed all regulatory hurdles in every country.

BNB is still super easy to buy without KYC and you don't ever need to touch binance to play the BSC Casino as there's tons of ways to convert from/into your favorite flavor of layer 1.

The fact that you can have one address that you use for both ETH and BSC make BSC Casino way easier to access than SOL etc. What BSC needs now is a story ala Safemoon and then the floodgates will open again.
