I slurped the entire bear market and i'll confidently say the times at which i felt the worst about buying, was just before it pumped. Happened mutliple times especially when SBF got arrested and the market bottomed out but deep down i knew it was the bottom. Just take the logic that general sentiment correlates to what % of people have already bought or sold

I don't know. All I know is that I've been right several times but didn't do anything. Selling for example... my portfolio was 250k yesterday, now it's 200k. It can't just go up forever, it will come down at one point. I was right again, wanted to swing trade but I was scared

There are some caveats, but generally you can follow that pattern during a bull run. Right now in crypto, halving hasn't happened yet. So I'll buy the FUD.
