You know those spam mails you get about hidden stock pick that can make 1000% gains. Yeah they own like a dozen of those "brands". It's trading at 9 PE which is insanely low. avoid burgerfi, CAVA is much more promising, at least from real world experience. Burger-fi bought a place at a decent location, never had much business. CAVA on the other hand bought up an amazing location, every time I've been there its busy, in both dine in and delivery.

Also burger fi only provides burgers, anyone already established can give ya burgers. heavily saterated market, with everyone having there favorites and never wanting to try something new. CAVA gives ya Mediterranean bowls in the chipotle style line, very unique and comfy food. also for me they got tons of options, I want to go back just to try all the options. That's not how fixed duration bonds work. They have to constantly issue new debt to pay off the old debt that's expiring. Interest on the debt is always whatever the current interest rate is, as bonds are constantly rolling off the balance sheet and being replaced.

I only know tech stocks; old fogey industrial stocks like DE and CAT and all the energy and retail companies are beyond my ken. I don't know what the norm is for those industries and I don't have a feel for them. So... pick a speciality that you enjoy and git good.

I sell puts on SPY, typically .15 delta. It's not a lot of cash, but it really does add up. 80% of the premiums are held in cash or treasuries. Then use 10-20% of the premiums to just buy UPRO shares. UPRO is not ATH, but ph4ggots seem to forget about DCAing. My UPRO holdings have been ATH for several years. The rest of the premiums are straight up for gamma plays, really, which is typically SPY or UPRO anyway.
