The only thing with a pullback is that once they announce a CEX I think it is going to pump. So it could pull back 25-30% from where it is now but if it does, it's going to happen before the end of April, because the CEX announcement will probably happen before that. Mainnet is coming too. Basically what I'm trying to say is I would advise you to buy the stack you want within the next 2 months.
Monitor the TG for whisperings that the company registration is finishing and the CEX announcement is coming. Maybe it goes into May and you have more time, but I personally wouldn't risk that. I don't really care for make it and sui designations so other people can answer that.
As someone else said, anything below 10 cents is a gift. This won't be under 10 cents for that long, just buy while it is.
