Meh, mine started turning gray around then too (mostly just on the sides sprinkled in, but now a bit on the top too). I'm 31 now and multiple women have told me they love the salt and pepper look. I also unironically think it has helped my career and get more promotions since I can look more senior than peers with the same experience as me, kek.
