I never liked it much, just felt like being trapped and useless. Much prefer coke, speed and plain alcohol. That said im worked too hard to get the chance anymore. Genuine shame, life as a doctor just feels like years washing away with no life in between. Can't think of any moment that feels like actual life in about 4 years. Sleep/gym/work/sleep/gym/work.
