While it is true that the markets will compensate for near certain improvements in the product or service of a company well before said changes take place, it does not apply here. The markets couldn't possibly compensate for billions in incoming liquidity, because it's simply not here yet.

Right now what matters is how eager these institutions are to hold BTC on their balance sheets.
