I'm reading the ETF right now and it describes csw as a "bad actor". It says in the event of a BTC fork they will decide which fork the ETF applies to. BSV isn't forking and has nothing to do with the ETF. Read the fucking ETF. It is public.

That isn't at all what it says. It says there is a very real risk CSW can win the case and undermine the value of BTC. It also outlines the risk of losing the "Bitcoin" brand name.
