Idk if this is the right board to post on but thought I would ask. My goyscore is 460 but I make $10k a month, how do I go about renting an apartment or house? Can I cough up 6months rent up front?

Your best bet is to find a small time landlord on Craigslist or Zuckbook. Offer to pay cash.

Yeah just give the family member a heads up and tell them what to say. Doing it right now because my living situation the past year has been a meme due to a natural disaster. I had a good rental before and have good credit, but I don't remember the old landlord's contact info, so I just went to my grandparents. Which isn't necessarily a lie as I did live with them and pay rent before.
