I have been gone these last couple of weeks, what's new?

I'm helping my family, what little friends I have, and my communities. I have a philanthropic goal in mind, but it's pending on the destruction of Israel. Last Pulte meetup, PP made at least $30k. In addition to his other donations, for about a year now, and this meetup, PP is probably green on his BBBY investment.

People may say im shill, or not, i am no shill but if you want to think so, do it. Consider however what i propose.

Pulte has a foot in, into one of the most active investorbases there are. He made several of the DD writers and profiles of the PP show to mods of Pulte homes group (i dont know if they are active as mods, or not). He has invested zero in BBBY per his own words. He donated like 500-1000 bucks to PP on show, and facilitated much more of course, but im saying he is not bringing much to the table.

As for PP, he is probably in the green already and will be green regardless. Pulte arranged for PP to sell about 100 tickets for 500$ each, just that alone is $50k. PP has got at least $100k from this, of what can be verified from his own words.

I am not saying this is outrageous. Pulte has alot of money, and takes alot of time and such to support BBBY community. What speaks highest of him, is that Cohen is his friend. Pulte represents about 10% of Cohens likes on X, for example.

Further, PP has worked for about a year on this. Planning, getting shit together, and then 4h of live streaming every weekday for a year. Its easily a fulltime job, and getting at least $100k for that is not outrageous. Further, he has not demanded the money or begged alot for it.

What pains me a bit, is this:

1. From my perspective, PP technically speaking does not have alot of skin in the BBBYQ-game. He is green already regardless of how it develops.
2. Pulte takes the time to increasingly shill his project of PHM. He is on crusade, and has more or less directly said so, to go activist investor on PHM. I think this is moral and just, as his family made the company. But he has his interests, that is not strictly related to BBBYQ as far as i can know or see. He picks up a knowledgeable base of people, and encourages them to "diversity" their portfolio, and then mentions Pulte homes, which he himself has diverse interest in.
3. It will be easier for profiles in the BBBY sphere to join that quest, as nothing appears to happen BBBYQ-wide. Maybe it will, i think so, but regardless, if nothing happens, these guys are increasingly incentivized to follow Pulte on his quest. And when young men, many of them in debt, sit there, are they going to turn down the opportunities of "shilling" for, e.g. Pulte homes? Im not saying they will, and im not saying that would be nefarious. Some guys backed away a bit, like Plur, Jake and others.

Speaking from my perspective, being 100% into BBBYQ, what i see is that these people distance themselves from where all this started. Im not saying that absolutely means that BBBYQ is fucked, cause i dont think so. But i can say for certain, that unless we see developments soon, the PP sphere (and with that, the BBBYQ investor unity) is fucked. If meetup turns into Pulte home shillfest (theyve more or less already confirmed that; Pulte that it will be, PP that it wont be), and more importantly, if there is no BBBYQ related happening, the outlash in PP sphere will be huge and there will be shitfest.

Hopefully BBBY emerges, this is what i think. If not, PP-sphere will also become shillfest, and i have neither shares nor place to know what happens. Expensive lesson.

Even had your shares not been cancelled, they have billions in debt remaining and have sold off almost all of their assets (including their brands, their websites, their stores, their warehouses, and their inventory). Not even the NOL's have been retained (which would be worth far less than the debt regardless). There is zero possibility of them raising enough money to pay off their creditors, meaning that if they still had shareholders that there would be zero possibility of shareholders getting paid. As it stands though, your shares have been cancelled, your equity stake no longer exists. Even if they spent their last few dollars on lottery tickets and won, zero of that money would go to you, as you are no longer a shareholder.
