It's more efficient to pay people for work done and not time spent. When you pay someone for time they spend 8hrs doing a 1hr job. So then you have to pay a manager to make sure everyone is actually working efficiently. Instead of this you can just pay someone to do the task directly, they get paid once the task is done. This would essentially make everyone a independent contractor, it would also allow market forces to determine the cost of labour more accurately.

It's already the norm here for jobs that allow it. I'm a city fag though so maybe it's different in rural areas. A lot of it is partial remote though. For example I have to go to gay little banquet dinners every 6 weeks or so for "team building"

I easily could subsidize the shit out of a girl's life. I don't do it with my current girlfriend because she makes me miserable, but off the top of my head I could eliminate pretty much every reasonable expense a normal girl would have. When a man talks about this stuff it comes from a place of genuine anger from being fucked over, and usually has an energy of trying to figure out how to get out of it. Probably the best known example is Fight Club or Office Space. The whole “boss makes a dollar I make a dime” thing, or all the folk songs about being a company wage slave bound to the company store and shit. When a woman talks about it its basically just an attempt for more pity points, where they don’t really seek even the smallest ways out of it. Lots of crying but no real calls to action, because they want someone else to come in and basically wipe their ass for them. And with women its arguably even worse here since they deliberately choose that kind of thing that men have been saying sucked ass for decades, when they have the easiest way out of it by marying some guy and working a more chill job for some extra $$ if they need it.
