And here is a thing
When you are a wagie, these small tokens and “prizes” and recognitions make you proud and keep you above the herd
You know what “being above the herd” do for you? You will be seen as a “god” in the eyes of female coworkers and you get to sleep with them
Here is the real secret. If you can show that you are good at ANYTHING, like REAL GOOD (champion of pizza making for example) you will get girls in that profession or hobby falling for you.
I was never a good pizza maker, but damn, if I was a fast one, you would have bet I try to compete regionally and/or nationally.
Recognition and “fame” (even for making fast pizza) can carry you in female eyes more than looks or money

Dominos (and all fast foods really) try to hire 10/10/“s to just stay around and make customers happy.
Hell, dominos that are located in downtown and close to night life (bars clubs etc) always have the hottest women and even then, those women always liked to hang with the “fastest” dude
Basically women choose to be with a man that brings the most “social clout” and ye, even though he was a dominos worker, he was the best damn man in “social clout” in their 20 hours per week work hours.
Those workers (fast ones) tend to promote faster too, and it’s an extra layer of “social clout”
I seen it first hand, how barely 18 year olds (even 17 year olds) fighting over a 30 something worker because he was the damn faster and was close to become a manger
