I actually hate this coins. I’m diamondhanding it because worst case I break even when it goes back to 5 but it’s baffling to me how weak this fucking coin is in times of pumps and dumps, it pumps the absolutefuck least and dumps the hardest every single time. I still believe it can hit 30-50 bucks but that’ll be at the end of the bull run. I’ll gladly take a 6-10x but it’s still ridiculous how volatiley shit the coin is.

Why hasn't chainlink been mentioned by the SEC in any 'illegal securities' probe, while shitcoins like cardano, Solana, xrp, ect have?
I'm genuinely curious, I have seen alot of charles hogskissin rants on X the last couple weeks. It's quite obvious why cardano is being treated like one, charles used the ICO to enrich himself and has been using his community as exit liquidity for years.
Has sergay or ari used any tokens, or proceeds from the network, to enrich themselves? Or have they done anything (other than an ICO) that might warrent the feds coming after them? I have read the first white paper and understand how the tokens were distributed, just wondering if there is any evidence it wasn't done to a T. It seems to me its not so much an ICO being the problem as much as how the funds were handled by the distributors.
