Couple of big narratives to pay attention to. Privacy will obviously be huge considering how the government is requesting user data on exchanges, Metaverse is coming back on the big door, it is kind of forgotten atm, but only a couple of steps ahead lies the next version of this world as a whole once the tech emerges. GambleFI is kind of an underdog, which I mention only because I know how big the regular industry is, and the potential decentralized counterparts hold to keep empowering the market to grow even further.

IMO the entire crypto market needs major growth before that time comes. We're probably looking at 2+ cycles before privacy coins end up the center point of one of them. Right now people are still trying to find the godchain (a lasting king of L1s). Until that chain is cemented in place and other moonboy crazes have all played out then privacy is going to be ignored. It's not exciting and most people don't care about their rights or freedom.

True. The market is unpredictable so its a gamble either way. I love privacy tech but I feel strongly enough that it's going to be years before it has a run that I don't hold any of those projects right now. During the next run I'll be securing at least some monero for long term holdings but its going to be a long time before privacy is a significant part of my portfolio.
