Anyway check out mandala chain. It's a project backed by the Indonesian government to support their CBDC, decentralised IDs and securitise national university certificates. Built on substrate and will be a polkadot parachain soon. Their success will likely see a standard emerge for more nations to polkadot as their security layer.

And Energy web - set up by parity and w3f members and funded by the VC fund Gavin Wood advises. Provides green proofs (basically proofs that energy supplied to the grid is from renewables). They're building smart meter style infrastructure to provide batteries with IDs, and can supply these batteries with renewables. The same IDs can be used for the batteries that choose to discharge their energy back into the grid, meaning efficient green energy allocation, and allows you to for instance, earn money from using your tesla or other electric vehicle as a storage unit for your national grid. Their tech is already universally adopted by global energy giants and many nations are integrating it into their infrastructure. Built on substrate, already has a parachain and will be moving more data onto polkadot as time goes on.

Just two projects with almost infinite upside for polkadot.
