working stresses me out to a degree that seems greater than others. it limits my potential and saps my energy. at age 30 the only things ive done well at are
>saving money
>traveling
i don't have enough to retire yet obviously but i have significantly more than my peers. other than that i have nothing to show.
my hobbies, i have made almost no progress on. no relationship. only one real life friend.
idk what to do. quit my job? try to get prescribed ADHD meds again? i was diagnosed with ADHD long ago but only used meds for 1 year of my life. i can't handle how little i've done. if the rest of my life continues this way i will end up in a really bad place

no, it's been a goal of mine for 10 years not shitting you but i rarely make progress. i'm about 15% body fat right now, but have never had an attractive body or fully visible abs. this is one of the areas i feel being a wagie has cucked me

you have a job that is incompatible with your personality type and holland code. probably you are a high artistic high intuitive/investigative type working a mind-numbing conventional office/computer type job, if I had to guess (many such cases, especially with men)

fortunately you have saved a lot of money so you have a comfy egg to start a different career. Or you could put your 600k into link, tough it out for a couple more years and just retire permanently

You are wfh just start lifting. You don't even need to go to the gym just buy some interchangeable weights and start lifting for 1 hour 4 days a week. Fix your physique then the gf will seem more doable
