They were married for about 7 years. About a year ago her drinking got out of control and she started taking my nephews adderall prescription. He tried to be supportive until he found out she was cheating on him with the dead beat she met at rehab. So they seperated but she went back to rehab and when she got out he took her back because she said she had finally kicked the habit(s). They got back together and slowly but surely she slipped back into her old ways again. She would lie to her therapist and not take any of the psyche meds they were prescribing her. She ended up really falling off the deep end and was hammering 4-5 bottles of wine a day. He was still supportive but recently he discovered she was still talking to the deadbeat. part 2 to follow

I was already stressed the fuck out because of work and my family problems so when my mom came over I was completely trashed and in a panic. She was a fucking mess and had taken a few of her anxiety meds to calm herself down which made her loopy. Somehow we are supposed to have a thanksgiving dinner thursday despite the fact I said we should probably cancel it to get are emotions in check. And that's where we are now. No idea where my sister is, and she won't answer my calls or texts. I think she is going to die and rip this family apart once and for all.

You're going about it the wrong way. Save her, by force. Lock her up in a basement (i.e. handcuffs to a pipe or whatever other cliche), give her a few books, a remote / tv, whatever.
Force the detox. If you can figure out a way to get a long "leash", enough to give bathroom access that'd work too. Or if the basement is able to lock from the outside where she can't get out (but obviously make sure to feed her / keep her away from windows).
After the detox is forced, then at that point she's on her own, because you can't abduct people forever.
