Plans I have had since 2013 are fucked.

I could have bought a house for like 40k prior to covid. I held out buying a house because I wanted a warehouse. set my business in stone. all the fucking boomer landlords are "i know what I got' fuckers they want top dollar and the ability to kick you out at the same time.

I made like 90k a year 2020-2022, and I worked maybe 12 hours a week on average.

everything is fucked now. prices has destroyed all my margins. labor is through the roof. warehouses are 3x the price. my credit card is 40% APR, and good luck getting money from a bank.

the "you will own nothing and be happy' kikes have won. literally shit i've been working on for a decade is all gone because I was late by a year or two.

So you tried your little experiment and you failed. Problem with your generation is you forgot how to learn from your elders..do yourself a favor and go door to door applying for jobs. If you are worth your salt you can make $90k NO PROBLEM. But you can forget about the 12 hour work week kid. Put your time in. Stop taking shortcuts.. never leaves anywhere good. Some helpful advice:

Look man if you are sincere and not baiting us, if you want to be a self employed business owner you gotta EXPECT hard times all the time!!! I’ve been self employed my whole life. Just take the kind of set backs you’re dealing with now and imagine that every day for a quarter century. That’s just how it is. Those of us with grapefruit size balls keep pushing through while everyone else gets left in the dust. You just have to make the decision that you won’t quit NO MATTER WHAT and after you make that decision and really mean you will find that every obstacle moves out of the way or you grind it to dust sooner or later.

I was self employed long before Covid and still self employed now- actually, I schemed and schemed to make sure my business is 10x STRONGER now than it was before Covid. My life is better in every way now than it was before Covid and I’m making more money every month than I ever did pre Covid. You know, when life hands you lemons and all that shit.
