Bad wording on my part but no, there are no lawsuits that I know of. I don’t even know if the original creator “owns” the meme anyways. He would have to trademark it or have copyrights set up in the first place but I don’t know how to check on whether he does or not. If not, than the copyright that Kek originally mentioned means that he’s going through the process to own it, not so much winning it. Kek started recently keeping things to himself usually up until the last minute so we’ll find out eventually
