I made 200k total compensation from my job last year. And I have about $1.3 million in cash just sitting in bank accounts from Bitcoin but most of that was earned in 2017 and I already submitted a kind of fake tax return actually asking for a tax refund back then and got away with it because crypto exchanges were so new.
I have no idea if I'm a "blip" or not, but it's the 200k salary that scares me since I have marked myself as "Exempt" on the tax forms from my company every single year and nobody has come after me for 4 years.

if you are anywhere near the 200k threshold for taxes i wouldnt listen to a fucking thing i said and just grab a local accountant familiar with tax negotiations.

at the minimum if you are restarting there is a lot to be gained if you have the ability to nuke your bill and whatever "fines" are applicable.

i really did save 57% on the entirety of what i owed. if you want to take out the "fines", i saved 35% on the total original owed.
