in that case, you are front running, still it is not an asset
it is a need someone is covering, they will stop doing that
meanwhile you lost capital

Renters are idiots. They'd be homeless if it wasn't for good landlords like me giving them a place to live.

And if they stop paying? Ditch them and bring in some other rentoid.

>> No.56231682

>>56231659
rent is a fiction of job
no jobs - no rent
humans are irrelevant
if jobs pay well, renters will buy a loan
if jobs don't pay well, you will enjoy the vibrancy

landing meme only works when there is market unbalance, until it is balanced out

you are too late

RENTOID COPE THREAD
I have a mortgage at 1% and have a rentoid living at my house. The stupid fuck took a shit in the hallway and smeared it all over the walls, and I told that RENTOID FAGGOT that it's my house. Then I cleaned up all of the poop (which cost me a lot of money and hurt my ROI) and fixed his water heater because it broke recently and told that fucking RENTOID that if anything else breaks let me know and Ill try to be there asap to help fix it and make sure his residence is comfortable (because if I dont get my rent, my house of cards will come falling down).

CHECKMATE RENTOIDS
HAHAHAHAHAH

if landing made sense the banks would not lend you capital, instead they will use the capital themselves

what they do now is, they allow YOU to lose the capital in your name

Haha, that is, if you suck at buying property. Buying property is a fucking skill, like anything else financial. It is highly competitive. For most, it's like having a gun but with one bullet.

I was in the market for a seasonal vacation home in Phoenix. But shit is stupidly overpriced.

>Sub-400k = 40+ year old house in Mexico

>400-500k = small house in a <50% white area

>500-600k = 3 bed 2 bath starter home in a 50% white area

Ended up renting an AirBNB for 6 months instead.

I don't think prices will come down. I don't think they're going up either. So I don't feel like I'm missing out by waiting.

And what event is going to cause that?

We already sent rates from sub-3% to over 7%.

All that got us was a dip in 2022, and sellers to restrict inventory to keep prices from crashing further.
