Maybe read a book for starters. Not all skills require a four year degree. There are certification programs that can have you working in days if not hours.

yea bro you can just fake it into being a doctor or pilot.

take the classes, pass the tests, get the certs then you get paid. america is in the midst of a colossal competency crisis, to the point where they are paying truck drivers $50+ an hour. suppy and demand, the difference has never been more stark and apparent between people are essential and who are expendable. your net worth corresponds to your station.

Has he ever addressed this paradox? Like he is completely against going into debt, and one of his favored "solutions" he gives to people is "just make more money bro lmao". If someone has a low income, comes from a poor family, but otherwise doesn't make bad decisions, what are they supposed to do?

Take debt to go to school and learn a skill that pays well so that the debt seems trivial in comparison.
Or get training in a free or cheap cert that will upgrade you into a field that makes more than someone with zero skills.

I don't know if Dave has specifically addressed it (he probably has), but there are ways to gaining skills without taking on debt.

1. Unless you specifically need a certification or degree - most things can be learned for almost no cost in books or online. You just have to put in the effort to actually practice what you learn. (This is where most people fail - they do not practice)

2. If you're lucky you can find an apprenticeship. (Inb4 some faggot complains he isn't being paid 100k while he learns the job)

3. If you need to go back to school there are often employers who will pay for your education as part of their benefits package. Even McDonalds and Amazon offer this sort of thing now. It's also possible to get scholarships and grants if you're willing to apply for them.

All of these are within reach of most people. But most people won't do any of them because they don't want it badly enough, and will make endless excuses to no just fucking do it.

There are really only 2 solutions unfortunately:
1. Take on debt and do a well paying degree
2. Go to trade school and do an in demand trade

>But debt
You have to look at university like it's an investment. If you do a well paid degree you will easily pay back the debt within a few years if you have common sense finance. You may not like it, but you won't go far in life without taking on some form of debt.
>Well paying degree from any university
Medicine
Engineering (graduating with good GPA helps)
Mathematics
Any in demand vocational degree

Don't do Law, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, CompSci, or any other usual 'well paid' degree culprits unless you go to Ivy League. These degrees aren't what they used to be years ago, especially computer science due to companies hiring cheap contractors, bootcamps graduates, and visa programmes.
>Well paying trades
Electrician
...
That's pretty much it. The stories of welders and other trades earning 6 figures is very rare. It's just survivorship bias. Electricians earn good money, but the hours can be shit.
>Lie on resume
You can do that for small businesses, but if you want to earn good income you are probably going to be working for a big company who pay billions to auditing companies and literally use supercomputers to search through databases instantly.
