Yes. There is a desperate swapping around of less and less liquidity in the eurodollar system. Not sure how long they can keep up this charade. The current plan seems to be to use Germanies debt potential to keep it stable, have the wef and Blackrock controlled communist in the German government enact more and more braindead communist "green" client policy.
