I bought my first house in 2018 at 2.8%, literally months after getting my first job. I’m not even shitting you. I went from a decade of being a NEET to having a normal office job, then getting a house. I’d share the rest of what happened, but no one would believe me.

Anyway, the value of my house has gone up an insane amount and life is fucking insane.

If I was religious, I would get down on my knees and thank God for leading me to buy a house in 2021 at rock-bottom interest rate. My only regret is not buying one or two more houses when I had enough down payment cash.
