I am sick of waiting for Kraken to approve tier 3. It's been over a week and even after that it could take just as long to deposit USD. What is a good exchange that I can fund with USD that isn't terrible and slow?

Don't know about approval wait times, but I had a domestic USD wire transfer this week complete in 18 hours (from sending to confirmation). Plus Kraken's got XMR/USD trading.
