I think it was sold on biz as 'Kaspa has had it's run, the overflow will go into RXD'. Most KAS posts had an RXD mention a while ago.
They were taking the piss though.
On it's own it looks alright but has a hidden dev team which people find suspicious, seems to sell itself as community run. I bought a few trying to get a layer 1 early but who knows. Would be good to hear from anons who have an opinion on RXD.
