That's the funny part. But to be fair, Poland is a bit of a special case. They are the biggest parasites in EU but they actually use that money to invest in their own country and to build up the industry and increase the wage growth.
I am not sure about the wage growth relative to inflation in Poland. Maybe they actually can manage with the high inflation? Or maybe they are concerned people won't be getting into the housing market with rates of 7%?
I am failing to come up with a good reason to start cutting now... especially when inflation is dropping slower and slower in the EU. Electricity prices have started going back up and service inflation is stagnating at the same level for a year now. Oil and gas going bananas which also fuggs with inflation.

Qualcomm has a low PE ratio because of how delicate its situation is. The mean is the 200 week MA, when you're looking at a 10 year or multiyear timeframe
getting below the 200 week = overextended to the downside
just look at the average true range, even on super long time frames, the ATR on the 3 monthly is at 2800 - this would be insane (and never happen either) just to show you how insane 1800 target is
we will not bust through the average true range, on 3 month timeframe by almost double
1 month ATR is exactly where I have it too, 3600

I mean.. if we were to pretend that the options market didn't exist, that hedging didn't exist, sure "should" have tested 4400
but if we were to live in the real world.. no, it shouldn't have been, because there are a bajillion 450 puts, a bajillion 445 puts, and a bajillion 440 puts going into triple witching (single stock futures haven't existed since 2020 but people still say quadruple)
when there is that much hedging already on the books, and the market is looking forward to CPI / PPI (why the hedges are on) plus Fed the following week, there is no "it should have tested 4400"
No, it SHOULD have stayed pinned at 4500 - that is the "should" in this situation

thats not how it works, guy. 40% of option volume is 0DTE/1DTE. September OPEX doesn't mean shit other than that it is rangebound from 4400-4500. SPX could easily dump 1% from here

4400 has the most oi from the expiries that actually matter, not 3 months out or whatever boomer shit you're looking at. Nonetheless, if you actually shorted 440 puts friday afternoon YOU are 100% the person who got lucky shorting into 13 VIX on a friday into this week

>September OPEX doesn't mean shit other than that it is rangebound from 4400-4500. SPX could easily dump 1% from here
why do you think it's rangebound friend? what is the dynamic that makes it range bound?
it's because of these hedges, puts/calls that are put on that we are rangebound - if the market moves 1% down (in your example) all of the market makers who sold the 450 puts, 445 puts, 440 puts, are forced to buy back their short stock, shorts that they were forced to put on to hedge their short puts
this is why we can't "easily dump 1% from here" in your own words - for the very reason that there are so many hedges floating out there
it can't "easily dump 1%" because any move to the downside is met with buying stock to remain delta neutral - why we are so pinned, why we are so flat
>short $440 puts was a lucky trade!!
No, it really wasn't. Lmao. It was a braindead, anyone could see that the trade would work, trade, due to the insane 4500/4450/4400 positioning out there - we are pinned at 4500, selling 4400 ($440) puts is/was free money, as long as you get out before Wednesday CPI
