The software HR roasties use just scans the document for similarity to job spec. You can not only use ChatGPT to craft a tailor made resume, but ask ChatGPT to summarize the job spec and keep important keywords, then paste this block of text at the bottom of your resume, change font to white, so it's invisible to the roastie but the machine will still read it. You will now match even better as the top applicant.

Pretty easy to automate the whole process - scrape job description, generate resume with AI, stuff resume, upload. Could run indefinitely. You don't even need to pay for OpenAI, plenty of local models are very good at editing text, summarisation, replying "business emails" in that style. You just need a bit of patience and a decent GPU to run an LLM locally.

I recommend you set up a burner email for replying to said jobs, you can also use ChatGPT to determine whether email response was sent by real person or not (i.e. ignore "noreply" and automated emails). Have it respond positively and in business/corporate jargon to all emails from real people. It's VERY good at this. In your script you can have it never cancel interviews, instead reschedule meetings close to actual day (like evening before). It's very good at making excuses. This is the best way to grind down HR. Have them waste time rescheduling you for interviews you'll never show to, you can often get 3-4 goes of this before they give up.

To anyone who says this is immoral, you forget these are the same people are that are happy to waste your time interviewing for a job that has already been filled internally because it keeps them in a job. All you're doing is giving them more work to do. If artificial demand is increased for them, they could even get more budget to hire or promote people. So you could be doing them a favour. This is the job they signed up for, if they can't handle it, they can always do something else.
