99% of you aren't smart enough to be in this game so, unless you want to give your money to the few whales collecting everything, i suggest you save your money and only buy real things when you need them

I don't need to outrun the bear, I just need to outrun "strong fundamentals" "for the tech" holders on /biz/.

Whale scraps can be pretty profitable every few years. Crypto is more poker than gambling when you know who you're sitting at the table with.

That would imply you're holding more than bitcoin. If you're holding anything but bitcoin, I invite you to inspect this chart carefully to identify your shitcoins and track their performance.

There's three ways to make money in crypto, if you're not a whale/ team.
1 dca in and out of btc
2 gamble on trash cutting losses and taking profit (playing against true believer increases odds of success)
3 shorting alts after they have their pump in sats

i specifically said buy the things you need

good thing the market has a way of telling people when they aren't good enough
like not ending up a millionaire after 15 years of the biggest bull run we've ever seen by way of btc/alts

as much as that meme chart is posted dca'ing into eth was far more profitable than stacking it into btc despite eth never reclaimed its sats high
same on doge

eth is the only coin with potential to long term outperform btc. i'd still bet on bitcoin because it is more robust fundamentally (less things that could go wrong meanwhile eth is a pile of complexity that is waiting to break down)
the rest are scamcoins

to address ops point yes, most people including op do not know how to hedge against directional risk.
sucks to be op and the rest of you.

btc is still stagnant and only got sov going for it
meanwhile eth is the smartcontract platform for anything that needs programming ability and the new narrative is RWA tokenisation, i'll take the opposite of that and prioritize eth over btc
the days of the early nerds is over institutions are coming
most of biz was originally holders that only played the 4 year cycle so i dont need to pay for hedges i just hold and not give a fuck until summer 2025, my risk management was keeping 20% of my stack in reserve to be deployed before the halving if any tradfi bullshit happened

then you were too late, just like many were too late for the .com bubble, or the housing crash.
don't dwell on tapped out markets, wait a short decade for something new.

Whales make bad trades all the same but you schizos always think they only win

>> No.56008220

>>56008164
prioritizing ethereum is fine but never forget that eventually you're going to have to sell everything to bitcoin, land, gold, index funds, or a newer alt.

no altcoin ever lasts, even if you think it's going to outperform bitcoin in a bull market.

alright then explain your no doubt very high iq strategy since you are so keen on insulting every else and at the end of this run we'll tally the difference

>>56008220
gold and land lol
no need for gold in a digital economy and land in a world wit ha shrinking population and regulatory capture
no thank you i'll stay with very mobile and liquid assets
