My silver and gold, as well as other physical assets would go up in value overnight. My dollars wouldn't be worth shit, but I'd argue when you have to spend 20 bucks to get lunch, and 30 bucks to get an American Silver Eagle, with a face value of 1 USD, that the current dollar isn't worth much, as is.

I got really burned on Crypto a year or two ago.
I'd rather buy something like Silver, that I can physically hold, as opposed to fucking digital assets that can be stolen with a keystroke, or be completely worthless, without any fucking warning.

Agree, but the problem with owning anything you can't take with you is the world is about to be all about the people who have, and not the have nots. Socialism is coming. They are winning that war. Fertilizer and its supply chain needs the complex achievements made daily by a free market to function.
We need to worry about what happens when socialism kills hundreds of millions (again).
The farming equipment makes you a target. Operating somebody else's doesn't, nor does magically having money on hand consistently *to a degree, don't flash.
