So, now as part of the CH11 reorganization plan Sixth Street can credit bid to convert their debt to equity. I think it's time to address the elephant of the room. Even after the stock cancellation of BBBYQ, shares can still be traded on brokerages and exchanges that decide to continue supporting the ticker. These shares will no longer be securities, it's true, but neither are most crypto tokens. And trading platforms would have absolutely no reason to delist tickers with good daily volume.
Which would mean that shares would indeed need to get closed at some point. A squeeze to $.50 or even more is in the cards.

It really all depends on how the chapter 11 case closes out and what plan gets chosen at the very end since they can change it whenever even if it's already been approved by the court. If it ends on a favorable note for shareholders then the stock will squeeze hard, especially because of the broker-held fakes that are essentially just entries in their ledger for ownership rather than being backed by an actual share. If it doesn't end favorably for shareholders then it's going to nothing and probably in very little time. Holly Etlin stated the chapter 11 court case would be over by September so we'll know soon which way it ends up breaking. I think it'll come down to the wire close to the deadline of 9/12.

There is a sufficient number of investors that aren't approaching that particular trade rationally, and that very fact makes it irrational to treat it like a normal stock.
