You cannot test GPT-4 at all, meaning users have to take a leap of faith if they shell out money for it because they don't know how good it actually is compared to GPT-3.5. And also there is hardly any rate limit for GPT-3.5 which means many free users will be content with using that one indefinitely instead.

They should 1) limit prompts for free users to like 10 a day, but allow a few of them to be from GPT-4. Then users can test out GPT-4 and how what they're getting, but also no only the most casual, light (and thus cheap to serve) users will get away with not paying at all.
