They put rapeseed oil in almost every ready-made food in the UK, it's insane. Even stuff you wouldnt suspect like sandwiches, wraps, sausage rolls, olives, pate, soup, biscuits, cakes and it goes on and on. Rapeseed oil is almost impossible to avoid if you don't always make your own stuff from scratch. It makes me kinda sad that parents are feeding their kid this shit every single day.

It's so fucking annoying looking at meal deals. So many small 600 calorie salads, only a couple of wraps/sandwiches under 400 calories. All because they use so much fucking oil in them (even if it's in the mayonnaise).

Meanwhile you can get 300 calorie hot ready meals that are twice the size or poke-bowls that are huge, taste nice and also come in under 300 calories (but cost £5-6 and aren't part of meal deals).

Ultra Light mayo contains very little (apparently it's made from some sort of cultures, like yoghurt is). They never use that in sandwiches though as the point of them using it is more to stop the bread going soggy than for flavour.

What's wrong with rapeseed (aka canola oil)? It sounds based and looks similar in composition to olive oil, which is said to be healthy. Certainly looks better than sunflower oil which looks like pure poison.

This is the same for all cheap seed oils. Hexane extracted olive oil is probably a thing, too. Cold pressed rapeseed oil exists. So again, why would this be worse than sunflower oil which is mostly PUFA?

The Jews are out to get us, retard. That's why making sense of any of this shit is so difficult. Still, I maintain that rapeseed (canola) is better than sunflower oil unless someone can give me a good reason it wouldn't be. I'm basing this on the composition of the oil which is similar to olive oil, it's mostly monounsaturated fat, but a bit less unsaturated fat and slightly more polyunsaturated fat. Worse than olive oil, but just compare to sunflower oil which is what most goys use here.

Stop fear mongering. Everything is toxic when eaten too much. Erucic acid is produced naturally across a great range of healthy foods. Pic strongly related.

>>55861132
Yet you happily eat meats and dairy, from animals (free range is not viable option for most ppl) whose feed is allowed to have 100 times more glyphosate than in grains consumed by humans.
Lung cancers are mostly from smoking, its idiotic to burn tobacco/weed when there are much less harmful alternatives.

Similar to food, you get what you pay for. All fats are bad in excess. We are evolved as starchivores.
All processed food is generally not ideal for health, but its trade off for long shelf life ergo good profit margins.

You will get erucic acid from all meats, dairy and eggs too. Impossible to avoid completely. "Goyslop" is problematic mostly because of empty calories and high temperatures. Old news, we all had this thread two years ago.

You want fruit oils or animal fats, fruit oils include coconut oil and olive oil (real olive oil from Argentina is not expensive). Animal fats like tallow, lard, butter and ghee. Speaking of animals, buy a 1/4th beef from a farmer/local butcher, it'll be less than $6 a pound and will MOG anything you get from a grocery store.

Just stop eating the goyslop and cook for yourself.
