Right now there's nothing that would make it pump other than speculation or a full on bull market.
The slow build of adoption and the continued release of products is the only healthy way for link to increase in price.
Right now they're going about everything as close to perfect as possible.
They're making sure that everything they release has been tested, audited and ready for mass adoption because they can't afford to have a single exploit.
The stakes are too high to pander to people crying about the token on biz.
