I have a gf who wants me to marry her and not be a lazy neet.
But I seriously wouldn’t mind just buying a parcel of unrestricted land and northeast New Mexico and putting an Airstream down.
That would take around 100k. I can work remotely.

thats a steel framed piece of shit. i can see the fucking purple weather defence sheathing board on it. That stuff is a absolute trash. its drywall with a plastic sheeting on the outside face. the sheets are joined together with thier special tape & silicone. inevitably you get condensation and water ingress issues within a few years and its all fucked.
