Why would it be? Because somebody pumped the shit out of the perpetuals before the token launched, at the top of the bullrun? Look at the price of the IOU vs now, and what ICP is capable of doing compared to other blockchains. ICP is like a virtual world computer that anybody with an internet connection can access and get to do things in a tamperproof manner and unlike ETH and its derivatives it's able to handle smart contracts gigabytes in size which means you can chuck entire websites and dapps on the blockchain. ICP has created a situation wherein an unknown user can effectively make the fabric of the net itself execute programs as long as there is code and cycles available. In a few years we'll for example be able to go to programming AI compute units on the IC and prompt them to create whatever dapp we want and let people pay for the hosting in perpetuity by way of cycle tipjars. No one else is close to something like this. If ICP fails it's not because of the concept, it'd be because of some fatal issue within Dfinity before the system reaches critical mass in terms of infrastructure/developer decentralization. And luckily for us they've got Dominic at the helm and probably very deep pockets by now.

It's unequivocally over, anon. Dfinity fucked ICPsisters hard, transferred millions worth of liquidity to about 20~ or so insider addresses, project dropped 98%.

I moved on about two years ago, invested in $KAVA instead (L1 solution, ETH+ATOM etc). Way better than $AVAX but not as popular.
