Presumably it’s to flip PEPE’s ATH in a way to give the most people possible the chance to make it in. It has a real shib.io email and can be freely discussed in the Shibarium Tech telegram without being immediately banned like non-related projects. I’ll be honest, it’s a total crapshoot, a “decentralization project” that has giant whales who bought in early and has circumstantial ties to the SHIB team. Pic related is Shytoshi’s comment on it, he says he’d indulge us with info but it wouldn’t be kosher, and he specifically points out the frog soup NFT. So, he clearly has knowledge of the project and didn’t shoot it down or ignore it, there might be something there.
