Hey guys.

Given the current state of finances and political turmoil, the majority of citizens in the USA are currently hurting since there is not much money being passed around right now compared to 12 months ago. Everyone with bags right now is holding onto them and being very stingy in different ways. Products are being cut to catch up to the drastic increase in inflation in never seen before rates. Additionally, most states are still recovering from the unemployment spike of the mid 2020 to early 2021.

What would you do in a situation where you are in the middle of this chaos, are 21 years old, have nobody at all to help with anything at all, and you have absolutely no assets at all, anon?

This is all false. Bidenomics is bringing the Roaring 20s back to this century.
Sorry, chud. The Adults won.

I'd probably try to cut down on expenses and have physical cash/BTC on a ledger/silver coins.
That answer isn't too a satisfying, even if it is the best thing you can do in narrow economic terms.

OP Here.

The fact that /biz gave me the answers that I expected from /b, and /b gave me the answers I expected from /biz in the same thread, has honestly baffled me beyond belief.

There seems to be not a shred of intelligence on this board anymore - and multiple people have recommended crypto in this thread for some reason in a hypothetical situation where the person has absolutely nothing...

Is everyone on /biz now legitimate under the age of 18 and coming from Reddit?

This is incredibly laughable compared to this board 7 years ago.

31 year old anon figuring it out for myself now with virtually no help . Here’s what I’ve learned so far .

To not die , spend less than you earn , if you can’t save some money then you’re fucked when you encounter any set back , like needing a tooth filled .

If you can’t save at least 400 a month then you have an income problem rather than a savings problem and need to get a new job .

To thrive you need to take the savings and start a business of some kind , doesn’t need to be big . Use your savings as a wedge to buy this possibility . It’s easier to make a fortune yourself rather than convincing someone else to give it to you .

Cultivate self awareness and self control and avoid vice , especially selfish women and drugs

Also you really don’t need a college degree at all . Many many jobs pay 50k starting just apply for them and lie in your resume about the length of time you’ve had relevant experience as long as it isn’t some shit where you need a truly specialized skill .

I’ve worked as a veterinarians assistant , bank teller , Kitchen designer , logistics coordinator , English teacher , and sales rep for a major television company all of which stated that a degree was a requirement and it wasn’t , if it sucks just change jobs , and ironically you’ll get really good at interviewing
