If they were actually trying to seize cryptos, they would clean the FBI's holdings first and then just market dump. By that point your cryptos will be so low in value they will not even try to seize them.
You're more likely to be hit with a draft which will also have a lot of indicators as they will need to legally change the requirements for service because most people are too unfit, mentally and physically.
