how many of these build programs don't consist of illegal securities? honest question.

Not sure, but who cares? Most of the top 20 coins were deemed securities and they're doing just fine.

I didn’t think dunking further on linkies was possible but here we are. Fucking pathetic.

>> No.55503924

>>55503920
You don't get it, Anon. We staked for the LINK rewards, anything else is a bonus. So far there's like 40 projects that's ~$8K of free money.

>> No.55503943

>>55503920
200x42= $8400 per staked 7k wallet
average price of 7k link at stake ~$56k
8400/56000 = 15%
plus 4.75% more stinks

>> No.55504127

hard to know when link goes again but it will
maybe first build airdrops are the trigger
also buy some sdl, new tokenomics change whole picture, rank 1800

>> No.55504228

all these low yields from staking assets with a shaky long-term value proposition are exciting nobody.
even ethereum went from new paradigm to only worth staking with a centralized entity like lido or you wont even get the mev which makes up half the returns now.

the allure of crypto has been growth through an expanding market. when you have to start talking about yield it means you've tapped out.

wow genius almost like we're in a bear market and with heavy regulatory scrutiny on top
also which current era projects are doing better?
none
we need bigger players at this point and regulation
i wonder what the swift play is all about

>> No.55504400

>>55504328
big players and regulation will literally cut the chainlink middleman out of the entire equation. who do you think people are going to trust more, some ico startup with nothing on the line vs an established entity with a reputation?

chainlink is still a fully trusted system with stacks of premined coins and multisigs in control of everything. the last thing they need is regulation or scrutiny because they wont survive it.

>> No.55504431

>>55504400
I trust you more than I trust Swift and all the banks that want to use Chainlink. I think the banks have zero lobbying power and you're right Chainlink will just be consigned to the bin and we'll go back to sending digital smoke signals around the internet because that's how the system rolls. ALso, America the great leader calls the shots and won't allow chainlink to succeed. Also they'll ban the BRICS nations from launching a gold backed currency which would consign the worthless USD to the dustbin of history. America, fuck yeah.

Can you not pay people in securities? This isn't chainlink selling unregistered securities to people for an expectation of profit under Howey - even if these securities are themselves unregistered securities. They're remunerating stakers and other service providers through payment.

the same arguments repeated OVER and OVER and OVER again

how are you guys not just tired of discussing Chainlink yet? I don't care about the profit, or the loss, whatever. That's all your own business. What I mean is, how the fuck are you not sick in your souls yet of discussing this garbage? Surely all the fun has been sucked out? Don't you have better things to do? Talking to both sides here.

Build rewards are more likely to be $500+ per project if you staked the maximum amount. Each project will be vying for our attention. Some will drop more. Some projects will moon hard. They want us to use and promote their platforms. There are very few comparable communities to OG linkies.
We're already looking at $21k minimum on top of staking rewards
OG linkies have big balances and participate in multiple defi projects, it's a guaranteed way for a build partner to kickstart their community and project.

Just think about how much these sorts of businesses would spend (per user) to acquire knowledgeable, wealthy and influential users.

>> No.55505259

>>55504526
yea this is why i asked. if some of these build affiliates are considered securities that may or may not be registered, i doubt stakers would be given any of the rewards. seems like too much of a liability on cll's part.

Is Chainlink pulling a RedHat? Making customers pay for support and feature development focus?
Why are they taking a flat amount of the circulating supply instead of some sort of reccuring model?
What's stopping a Microsoft from acquiring them in the future?
