What's your job getting secret?

I've had three interviews in the last three months. Hundreds of applications. Three call backs. Three interviews. Three final interviews. Three times being ghosted.

Those that have gotten a job in the last few months, what did you do? What's your secret? I'm highly experienced and am director level at 35. VP in about three more years.

I've tried other industries. I've tried my industry. What's the secret? What about now is different? Even recruiters aren't getting in touch like they used to. I haven't been contacted by one in months.

the trick is to join a synagoge and chat with the older guys after service because they have the connections and can hook you up with a job in pretty much any white collar business, or they can at least give you some inside info to trade your way out of your shitty situation. here i spilled the beans for you degenerate poorfags. you disgust me.

I usually work with a recruiter and they do the follow-up calls for me. They found me more money too. Only downside is they bug me every 2 years or so asking if I want a new job, but I prefer stability. I think 5-6 years is a healthy tenure.
