why is chainlink's price incongruent with the fundamentals?

B) we are still early

It's a mix of three things:
The market is retarded and doesn't understand anything beyond actual scams and memes
The Whales are accumulating and want to keep it low
The speculative phase has already happened for Link, it happened much earlier in the cycle than for other projects with strong fundamentals, and it will now only pump on the delivery of its promises, and when its tokenomics are improved (less dumping, more tokens staked).

I believe Link will be 3 digits within 2 years.
